04. Visa Processing Time
- Express visa applications are typically processed within 24 working hours.
- If your express visa is not approved within this time, you may request a refund of the express service charge.
- Visa processing timelines are based on standard schedules issued by UAE Immigration and may be extended in rare cases.

Note: Applications submitted after working hours or on weekends are processed on the next working day.
05. Travel Disruptions
ATR Dubai Visa is not liable for any travel disputes, whether it's related to flight cancellations, delays, or accommodation issues.

- Credit card details are not stored on our servers.
- We do not sell or share personal info with third parties.
07. Pricing and Payment Policy
- All payments are subject to changes before order confirmation.
- Post-submission prices may change due to government fees or exchange rates.
- Payments are processed securely via Visa, MasterCard, or other available options.
- Payments must be authorized by the issuing bank. Cancelled payments may delay service.
08. Refund Policy
- Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of UAE Immigration.
- In case of rejection, visa fees are non-refundable.
- Incorrect documents resulting in errors may incur a USD 73 processing fee deduction.
09. Urgent Applications
- If urgent visa is not processed within 24 working hours, refund of urgent fee (USD 50) may be requested.
- Standard visa application fee is non-refundable.
